Project Logistics Planner – Kongsberg

Introduction

Location: Kongsberg 
Duration: Asap – 6 Months with possible extention

Function

  • Update Master Delivery Schedule in EPC Project i accordance Project and Customer Contract
  • Organizing and lead delivery planning meetings with all involved parties including customer prior to customer delivery
  • Create and Complete Delivery Paperwork for final Transport to Customer
  • Establish and complete Delivery Dossier for each delivery to Customer according to contract requirements.
  • Follow-up progress and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of Project Hardware
  • Report Progress on Subsystem Deliveries to Systems Project Manager
  • Plan and create & schedules for Hardware movements to SUT/SIT
  • Create and Complete Delivery Paperwork for Transport to test site locations.
  • Plan and coordinate shipments to Intercompany Vendors
  • Create and Complete Delivery Paperwork for final delivery and Transport to internal Vendors.
  • Book shipment based on TechnipFMC standard shipping agreements.

Requirements

  • Higher education, Bachelor in Finance or Engineering
  • Work experience can compensate for lack of formal competency.
  • Strong computer proficiency with applicable software as MS Office and ERP Systems Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Good communication skills
  • Present data and fact in a clear and consistent manner
  • Forward planning and strategic thinking.
  • Problem solving and decision-making.
  • Commercial awareness
