Service Coordinator – Stavanger
Introduction
Location: Stavanger
Duration: Asap – 6 måneder med muligheter for forlengelse
Function
- Populate and maintain the operational checklist according to customer load out date. Including create, maintain and release of services orders and purchase requests.
- Define maintenance activities before and after operations in accordance with customer requirements.
- Responsible for material flow, material traceability, material movement of all equipment, spares and consumables within the responsibility of the project team (Register data in SAP and customer logistics systems where applicable)
Requirements
- Education and/or experience within planning and logistics
- Good written and verbal communication skills to communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, other department personnel and customers.
- Ability to manage own workload and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment is critical.
- Candidates must be able to legally work and reside in Norway, without sponsorship.
- Technical knowledge/experience with wellhead equipment is an advantage.
